By checking "I agree to the authorization agreement for payment method storage terms & conditions" I am authorizing Republic Services to store my bank account and/or credit card account numbers on this service.
I represent and warrant that I am legally authorized to use the bank account(s) and/or credit card account(s) that I have entered on the Republic Services Online Bill Payment System.
I agree that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until I have either deleted the bank account and/or credit card account number(s) from the Republic Services Online Bill Payment System or I have notified Republic Services Customer Service at the telephone number printed on the front of my invoice to delete my bank account and/or credit card account number(s) from the Republic Services Online Bill Payment System.
