PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By providing CNH Industrial Capital with the account information for your CNH Industrial Capital Service site, you authorize CNH Industrial Capital to follow the payment instructions we receive from you through the CNH Industrial Capital Service site.

When you use the CNH Industrial Capital Service to send CNH Industrial Capital a payment instruction, you authorize CNH Industrial Capital to initiate a message to your bank to charge the account you indicated from your CNH Industrial Capital Service site and to send those funds to CNH Industrial Capital for payment.

CNH Industrial Capital's performance under these Terms and Conditions is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained herein is in derogation of CNH Industrial Capital's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to any party's use of this site or information provided to or collected by CNH Industrial Capital regarding such use.

Survival.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid and enforceable provision that closely resembles the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

Entire Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between the User and CNH Industrial Capital regarding this site. Liability Limitations.
