A: No. Most browsers are compatible with the service; however, the system is designed to work with Windows Internet Explorer and Microsoft-based web browsers will produce the best results.

Q: Why are only some versions of browsers supported?

A: To help ensure that your confidential financial information is protected in transit, all messages between your browser and the payment service are encrypted. Some browser versions do not support the needed levels of encryption.

Q: How do I know when a secure session has been created?

A: Most of the supported browsers will provide you with a message box stating that you are entering a secure session.
