Payment Status
Scheduled: a payment will be sent to your financial institution at a future date. You can cancel a scheduled payment yourself.
Submitted: a payment has been sent to your financial institution. MLGW cannot cancel a submitted payment. If there is a problem with your bank or credit card account, you will need to contact your financial institution.
Paid: a payment has been successfully cleared by your financial institution, subject to available funds or credit limits.
Declined: your financial institution rejected your payment. You will need to resubmit your payment using a different bank or credit card account.
Failed: There was a system processing issue with your payment request. Contact our Customer Care Center at 901-544-6549.
